Considering the limited prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Bhograi (Opposite Party No.3) to consider the grievance of the Petitioner as per his representation at Annexure-2, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
