Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying therein for the following reliefs:
For issuance of an appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s commanding upon the Respondent authorities to rectify the anomaly with respect to fixation of salary/honorarium to the petitioners, who are working under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan since August 2018 and because of which the petitioners are being paid lesser salary/honorarium than their counterparts working in other districts under the Samagra Shikhsa Abhiyan.
The petitioners consequently and upon rectification of the anomaly with respect to fixation of their salary/honorarium w.e.f. 01.08.2018 and in terms of the Guidelines as contained in letter no. 512 dated 5.3.2019 (Annexure-7) pray for release of the consequential arrears are pray arising from the difference of pay scale to the petitioners.
The petitioners further pray for a direction upon the respondent authorities to open the account of the petitioners under the Employees Provident
2026:JHHC:26575 2 Fund (E.P.F.) Scheme and to start the deduction to the Scheme for the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are fully entitled for the prayer made in the instant writ application; however, in spite of repeated representations the grievance of the petitioners has not been redressed.

Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that since no counter affidavit has been filed; as such, the petitioners may be directed to approach the concerned respondent by filing a fresh representation, who shall look into the matter so that the grievance of the petitioners can be redressed.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions and without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioners by treating this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations and also in the light of Annexures-9, 10 and 11 to this writ application by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners and if the case of the petitioners is found favourable, consequential benefits be extended to the petitioners within a further period of 2 weeks. One of the petitioners shall serve a copy of this writ application along with the relevant documents to the concerned respondent for convenience.
