Heard Sri V. Surendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. The petitioner herein is Accused No.2. Earlier, anticipatory bail was granted in Crl.P.No.7189 of 2022 dated 19.09.2022 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, wherein a direction was issued to the Sub-Inspector of Police to file an affidavit explaining the circumstances under which the petitioner was arrested immediately after issuance of notice under Sections 41-A and 41-B of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Pursuant thereto, the Sub-Inspector of Police has filed an affidavit explaining the circumstances of arrest. 4. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the submissions made and recording the affidavit filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
