Upadhyay, Advocate For the State : APP --- 02/30.03.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Golmuri PS Case No. 141/2025. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was murdered as a sequel to black magic conducted by the accused persons. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Sandip Prasad and Bharat Sahu have been attributed to have played a significant role in the commission of murder. The petitioner has been implicated on suspicion and he is in custody since 01.10.2025. Learned counsel adds that in similar circumstances one of the co-accused Shubham Prasad has been granted bail in B.A. No. 2155 of 2026. The learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri PS Case No. 141/2025.
