Kothakota Police Station, passed by the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parents of the Petitioner are suffering from severe health ailments and the income/earnings of the Petitioner are not even sufficient to meet their medical expenses let alone daily homely expenses and thus the financial condition of the Petitioner is deplorable and he is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by the learned Trial Court. 4. Considering the above circumstances, the order dated 24.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.14 of 2026 in Crime No.02 of 2026 of B. Kothakota Police Station, passed by the learned learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle, against the Petitioner is hereby modified as under: i. The Petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) with one surety for like 3 Dr.YLR, J Crl.P.No.3324 of 2026 Dated 07.05.2026 sum to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle. 5.
