Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3. Basing on the instruction, learned DSGI contended that there is no such vacancy available in the State of Chhatisgarh to accommodate the Petitioner for the present. 4. It is also contended that if Petitioner will join in his place of transfer pursuant to order dtd.31.12.2025, and he will make a claim for his transfer to Chhatisgarh, the same will be considered as and when any vacancy will arise to accommodate the Petitioner in the post he is continuing. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner though contended that Petitioner be given a posting at Chhatisgarh, where his wife is in service under the State Govt., but this Court taking into account the submission made by the learned DSGI, while disposing the writ Page 2 of 2. petition, directs the Petitioner to join in his place of transfer in terms of order dtd.31.12.2025 so issued under Annexure-3. 6. However, it is observed that on his joining, if Petitioner will make an application for his transfer to Chhatisgarh, the same will be considered as and when any vacancy will arise in the State of Chhatisgarh, so that Petitioner can be accommodated in the post he is continuing at present. 7.
