The petition has filed the above-mentioned Writ Petition challenging the proceedings pending before the Respondent No.1 authority. 2. Subsequently, during the pendency of the above Writ Petition, the Respondent No.1 authority passed a final order dated 28.04.2026 cancelling the subject gift deed dated 18.12.2023. In view of this subsequent development, the instant writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. The petition has already filed a new writ petition i..e 15463/2026 (GM-RES) before this Hon'ble Court challenging the said final order dated 28.04.2026.
