Considering the limited prayer of the petitioners the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Collector, Bargarh (O.P. No.3) to consider the grievance of the petitioners as per their representation at Annexure-3 and take decision, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 3.
