The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to summon the entire record pertaining to the case of the petitioner from the office of concerned respondents by issuing a Writ of Certiorari, 2 / 3 10.2 And after perusal of records, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to command the respondents particularly R/1 & R/2, by ordering them to promote the petitioner to the next higher post of child development department and further be pleased to direct the respondent to delete the grade "C" or "D" from ACR. 10.3 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and appropriate in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 10.4 Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner. An affidavit of the petitioner is being filed in support of this writ petition.” 2. Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is working on the post of Supervisor. After completion of requisite period of service, petitioner became eligible for consideration of his name for promotion on the post of Development Project Officer. When even after several request, petitioner’s name was not considered for promotion, petitioner submitted representation on 02.02.2026 before respondent No. 2, however, till date no decision has been taken, therefore, direction be issued to the concerned authority to consider and take decision on the pending representation, at the earliest, within specified time frame. 3. Counsel for the State has no objection to the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the nature of grievance raised and further considering that the petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent No. 2, which is pending consideration, the writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, in 3 / 3 accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of order passed by this Court. 5.
