The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent to adjust subsidy amount of Rs.1,25,000/- along with a sum of Rs.1,79,579-00 of paid by the Petitioner in the outstanding amount on the loan of Rs. 5,00,000/- under the PMEGP scheme implemented by government circular dt. 19/09/2011 and not to give effect to impugned legal notice dt. 08/06/2023, in the interest of justice (Annexure-C). B) Pass such other order or order's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. The petitioner by way of the above petition is seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to adjust the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32520 WP No. 390 of 2024 subsidy amount to the outstanding amount of the petitioner. 3. There is no representation or the like which has been submitted by the petitioner to the respondent to enable the respondent to consider the same. 4. This Court cannot issue a mandamus for adjustment of the amounts as sought for by the petitioner. 5. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondent and directing the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law, the writ petition stands disposed.
