It is the grievance of the petitioner that his application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad. 3. The petitioner’s grievance is that the Deputy Commissioner has not taken any steps in terms of the provision of the statute and in accordance with the judgment by this Court in W.P.(C) No.4270 of 2026 passed in the case of Jharkhand Gramin Bank Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors. and analogous cases, where this Court has already decided the issue in question, with direction. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the Deputy Commissioner will pass an appropriate order, at the earliest. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the Deputy Commissioner, Dhanbad to dispose of the application of the petitioner, strictly, as per the judgment of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.4270 of 2026 passed in the case of Jharkhand 2026:JHHC:26873 Page | 2 Gramin Bank Vs. State of Jharkhand & Ors. and analogous cases. 6. It is expected that the order should be passed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
