The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No. 1 to direct the Respondent No. 3 to fix and release the pension of the petitioner within the stipulated time frame, as directed by this Hon’ble Court. 2 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 1 to take necessary action upon the representations (Annexure P/1) made by the petitioner within the stipulated time frame, as directed by this Hon’ble Court. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any writ or direction or order as deem fit in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of Field Coordinator on 28.02.2025, however, till date, the retiral dues of the petitioner has not been disbursed in the account of the petitioner and the petitioner is suffering from financial and mental hardship. He contended that the petitioner had submitted representations (Annexure P/1) before the authorities, however, the representation has not been considered and decided and therefore, direction be issued to the concerned respondents to consider and take decision on the pending representation in accordance with law at the earliest. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that as the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the respondents to take decision on the representation, he is having no objection in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. If the representation is pending consideration, it will be considered and decided in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, 3 preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6.
