Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that initially the petitioner was appointed as Circle Organizer in the year 1999 and in due course of time got promotion to the post of Block Education Officer on 29.08.2013. He retired from service on attaining age of superannuation on 30.06.2019. An order of recovery of amount of Rs. 3,07,928/- was passed against the petitioner, which has been quashed in WPS No. 412 of 2021 vide order dated 09.02.2021. It is pleaded that the petitioner is entitled for higher pension amount but at present he is getting Rs. 27,489/- per month, whereas, he is entitled to receive Rs. 36,496/- per month. He would submit that various representations were made to the respondents, but till date no decision has been taken. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for respondents would submit that the proper pension is being paid to the petitioner. 4. Heard. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that disputed questions of facts are 3 involved in the present case, therefore, this matter is referred to the High Power Pension Redressal Committee to decide the dispute. The committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner for higher pension after affording a due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, preferably within a period of 6 months. 6.
