Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the subject matter of the case relate to alleged recovery of 20 bottles of Phensedyl. Present petitioner has been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused. There has been no recovery from the present petitioner. Similarly placed other accused, according to the petitioner has been granted bail. Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Having considered that one, Mr. Md. Babar has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 196 of 2026, I am inclined to release the petitioner on same terms and conditions as the other accused. 2 Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 1056 of 2026 is allowed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
