JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER The learned HCGP accepts notice for respondents. 2. In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the proceedings in Case No.RRT(S) CR 107/2013-14 (Annexure-A). 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the said impugned proceedings has been quashed by this Court in W.P.No.9521 of 2021 disposed of on 04.03.2026 (Annexure-G) and as such, following the declaration made by this Court, referred to above, I am of the view that, the writ petition deserves to be allowed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30575 WP No. 18504 of 2026 4. The entire proceedings in RRT(S) CR 107/2013- 14 in respect of the petitioner is concerned respondent No.87 therein), in accordance with law. Since the impugned proceedings are quashed by this Court referred to above, the revenue entries stand much before the impugned proceedings have to be restored in the name of the petitioner and the Tahsildar and Assistant Director of Land Records are directed to prepare a report identifying the land, which is subject matter in this petition and the petitioners shall not proceed with the construction or any other activities. It is made clear that Respondent No.4 and the jurisdictional Assistant Director of Land Records are directed to conduct spot inspection on 20th July, 2026, at 11.00 am, in the presence of the petitioners by issuing prior notice.
