Heard Mr.Vivek Shinghal, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Sanghrash Pandey, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: “It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court in exercise of its inherent power under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned FIR baring Crime No. 112/2026 dated 06-02-2026 (Annexure P-1) registered for the offence under Section 85 Read with Section 3 (5) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita by the Police of Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) registered against the petitioners, in the interest of justice accordingly.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that mediation between the parties has failed and in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional criminal Court. 3 4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet.
