In terms of the order dated 9th June, 2026 matter is taken up for consideration when learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a report dated 19th June, 2026 of Director General & Inspector General of Police, West Bengal enclosing copies of FIRs against the petitioner. 2. Report dated 19th June, 2026 along with relevant documents are taken on record. Copy of the same is made over to the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 3. It is disclosed in paragraph 3 of the report dated 19th June, 2026 total thirteen (13) criminal prosecutions are pending against the petitioner, out of which eleven (11) FIRs are registered at Gosaba Police Station and two (2) FIRs are registered at Baruipur Police Station. 4. Since report dated 19th June, 2026 is filed today disclosing particulars of FIRs which are pending against the petitioner, present writ petition stands disposed of. 5. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised. 6.
