Heard Ms.Kanchan Kalwani, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr.Jitendra Shrivastava, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1/State and Mr.P.M.Shriwas, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned First Information Report bearing crime no. 63/2024 registered at Police Station- Bhoramdev, District-Kabirdham (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Section 296, 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition as during pendency of this petition, charge- sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional criminal Court on 9.2.2025. 4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the charge-sheet.
