The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025. 3. It has been alleged that the accused persons had shot dead the wife of the informant. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of a co-accused. 5. It has been submitted that several co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A.No. 8111 of 2025 and B.A.No. 9216/ 2025. 6. Learned Counsel submits that save and except the confession of the co-accused there is no other material which has been collected by the prosecution to indicate the culpability of the petitioner in committing the murder. 7. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 8. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like ( 2026:JHHC:9031 ) amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
