Appeal No. 1 of 2026 for the purpose of reconsidering the order dated 27-02-2026 passed by the said Sessions Judge, Imphal West, in Cril. Appeal No. 1 of 2026 with regard to the direction to deposit a sum of Rs. 8.5 lakhs. Leave granted. The present petition as well as the connected application are hereby closed with liberty as sought for. It is made clear that in the event the present petitioner approached the said Sessions Judge, Imphal West, by filing an appropriate application for reconsideration with regard to the direction for depositing a sum of Rs. 8.5 lakhs as contained in the order dated 27-02-2026 passed in Cril. Appeal No. 1 of 2026, the same shall be considered on its own merit as per the applicable laws.
