01. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since the writ petition is listed on 12th March 2026, the respondents undertake to complete the pleadings by then. He assures the Court that every assistance will be provided to the learned Writ Court for an expeditious disposal of the case on merits.
02. Faced with the aforesaid situation, Mr. T.H. Khawja, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that as the issue involved in the writ petition is time-sensitive, the learned Writ Court be requested to dispose of the matter after pleadings are completed by the respondents within a fixed timeframe.
03. In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of by directing the respondents to complete the pleadings before the next date of hearing i.e., 12th March, 2026 before the learned writ court, and the learned writ
court is requested to dispose of the writ petition as expeditiously as possible.
