Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and upon careful consideration of the papers, it would indicate that, pursuant to the notices issued by the respondent, the petitioners have filed a reply/objection dated 08.06.2026 (Annexure-Q). 3. In that view of the matter, it is open for the respondent to take decision in the matter by taking into consideration the reply/objections (Annexure-Q) filed by the petitioners herein. It is needless to say that, the said reply has to be considered by verifying the original records in their office. It is also made clear that, till the conclusion of the proceedings after considering the reply filed at Annexure-Q, the respondent shall not interfere with the possession of the petitioners.
