Learned Advocates representing the petitioner, respondent nos. 4 and 5 and State-respondents are heard. 3. From the submissions made on behalf of the parties it emanates that there are case and counter case concerning property dispute based on the complaints lodged by the petitioner and private respondents. On the basis of the complaint lodged by respondent no. 5, a criminal prosecution being Manbazar Police Station Case No. 120 of 2025 dated 15.11.2025 was initiated against the petitioner which culminated into a charge sheet being Manbazar Police Station Charge Sheet No. 111/2025 dated 30.11.2025 which was filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. Subsequently concerning an incident which took place on 04.02.2026, present petitioner lodged a complaint which gave rise to Manbazar Police Station Case No. 24 of 2026 and said proceeding also culminated into charge sheet being Manbazar Police Station Charge Sheet No. 25/2026 dated 28.02.2026. 2 4. In view of filing of charge sheets in two parallel criminal prosecutions which were initiated on the basis of complaint and counter complaint, no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Magistrate in pursuit of remedy if situation so arises. 7. There shall be no order as to costs. 8. Let urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on usual undertaking.
