The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned orders dated 19.05.2022 (ANNEXURE P/1) & 25.04.2022 (ANNEXURE P/2) issued by respondent no. 4, with all consequential benefits, in the interest of justice. -2- 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Ms. Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would submit that the order of recovery has already been revoked and directions have been issued to refund the amount, if any, recovered vide order dated 15.09.2023. 3. Having considered the submissions made by Ms. Sharma, the order dated 15.09.2023 is taken on record. 4.
