Based on the petitioner’s complaint, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.213 of 2025. Since the detenue continues to remain untraced, this Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed. 3. We are of the view that the petitioner has to necessarily pursue his remedy before the second respondent.
