INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioners are challenging the Notices dated 21st August, 2019 (Annexures 'E', 'F', 'G' and 'H') issued by the respondent No.2-Tahisildar 2. Heard Sri. Sarvad Kalmat, learned counsel on behalf of Sri. K.M. Somashekara, appearing for petitioners; Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2; and Smt. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the impugned notices, it is forthcoming that the respondent No.2-Tahsildar issued notices to the petitioners alleging the encroachment by the petitioners in National Highway-44 (Bengaluru-Kolar-Mulbagal). In that view of the matter, it is open for the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey in the presence of the petitioners and demarcate the land and thereby identify whether the land belonging to the Government has been encroached by the petitioners or not. Accordingly, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to conduct spot inspection and demarcate the land in the presence of the petitioners on or before 10th August, 2026.
