It is the grievance of the petitioners that after the death of the father of this petitioner, the petitioners had applied for a mutation but the application is still pending before the Circle Officer, Jaridih, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that suffice it would be if a direction is given to dispose of the application at 2026:JHHC:26825 Page | 2 the earliest. 4. Considering the said submission, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the application is still pending and no order has been passed, the Circle Officer, will pass an appropriate order in this case. 5. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Jaridih, Bokaro within four weeks. The Circle Officer, on receipt of the said representation, will consider the case of the petitioner and pass order within eight weeks. If it is found that the claim of the petitioner is correct and the discrepancy can be cured, an appropriate measure should be taken and the order be communicated to the petitioner. 6.
