It is grievance of the petitioner that inspite of an order passed by the Revenue Officer in Case No.3736 of 1990, under Section 87 of Chota Nagpur Tenancy Act, the land details mentioned has not been uploaded in the Revenue Records in the name of the petitioner. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that the land measuring area of 3.09 Acres, 1.82 Acres, 1.07 Acres, 3.05 Acres and 1.46 Acres (total area 10.49 Acres) in Plot Nos.617, 2153, 2147, 494 and 2247 respectively, all under Khata No.213 in Mouza- Chamatu, Balumath P.S. has to be recorded in the name of the petitioner, by the Revenue Officer in view of order dated 11.11.2012 passed in the aforesaid case, but Circle Officer, Balumath has not recorded the same in favour of the petitioner in the Online records. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has not approached the Circle Officer, rather has rushed to this Court. He further submits that if the petitioner approaches with all the documents and if the order of the Revenue Officer has attained finality, and appropriate decision will be taken and communicated to the petitioner and if it is found that the land record needs to be corrected and updated, the same will be corrected and uploaded. 5. Considering the submission, I direct to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.3- Circle Officer, Balumath, Latehar with a detailed representation along with documents in support of his claim within four weeks, who will consider the case of the petitioner. 6. If ultimately it is found that the record needs to be corrected and updated in the name of the petitioner, the same will be done. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of representation. 7. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
