Let the amount admissible to the petitioner be released by the next date of hearing. List on 28.09.2026. In view of above order, CMP No.24505 of 2026 to stand disposed of. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record office instructions dated 28.09.2026 and on that basis submitted that an amount of Rs. 71,931/- has now been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No.339466, dated 28.09.2026. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3.
