By the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashment of the order dated 06.04.2026 passed by Respondent No. 3 and the AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Digitally signed by AMARDEEP CHOUBEY Date: 2026.07.08 17:38:23 +0530 2 consequential order dated 07.04.2026 passed by Respondent No. 5, whereby the petitioner's posting/attachment at the Urban Community Health Centre, Gudhiyari, Raipur, has been cancelled, and she has been directed to report at the Community Health Centre, Simga. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned transfer and relieving orders are arbitrary, as the petitioner has been continuously discharging her duties at the Urban Community Health Centre, Gudhiyari, Raipur since 26.05.2011, pursuant to the orders issued by the Directorate of Health Services and the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Raipur. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been transferred without there being any administrative exigency and on account of the impugned orders, the petitioner and her family members are likely to suffer irreparable hardship. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents/State on instructions, submits that, as far as, the transfer of employees of the State government is concerned, the State government has decided to constitute a committee to consider the grievance of the employees in case of transfer. He further submits that if the petitioner will approach the said committee, the committee will decide the same in accordance with law and the relevant transfer policy. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 3 5. Looking to the grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the petitioner shall approach the committee constituted vide order dated 03.03.2025 by filing a representation within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case of filing of such representation, the said committee shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the relevant transfer policy, within a period of 30 days from the date of filing of such representation. 6. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the Committee with regard to the order passed by this court. 7. With the aforesaid direction, the present petition stands disposed of.
