The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking the following reliefs: “a. Direct the learned District Judge (Commercial Court)–02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in OMP (COMM.) No. 94 of 2023 titled Heritage Aviation Private Limited v. Premair, A Unit of Afimac Associates Private Limited, to pronounce judgment on the pending Section 34 petition within a time-bound period , within four weeks or such shorter period as this Hon’ble Court may dee m fit, from the date of communication of this Hon’ble Court’s order; b. Direct that save and except for any clarification, if strictly necessary, no further adjournments shall be granted at the instance of either party for re-opening of arguments, the This is a digitally signed order.
