Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that pursuant to filing of the instant petition, the respondents have issued order dated 10.08.2026 by virtue of which the petitioners have been appointed by the Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges and, therefore, the writ petition in the light of the prayer made in the instant petition is rendered infructuous. 2. Mr. Deewakar Sharma, learned Dy. A.G appearing for the respondents has also provided the copies of the orders issued in favour of the petitioners in support of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners. The same are taken on record. 3. In the light of the aforesaid development, no fruitful purpose will be served to keep this petition alive as grievance of the petitioners in the instant petition stands redressed and accordingly, the writ petition, in the aforesaid development, is rendered infructuous and the same is disposed of. Serial No. 170 2 WP(C) No. 2535/2026 4. However, disposal of the instant petition shall not come in the way of the petitioners to agitate their cause afresh if any fresh cause of action accrues.
