It is needless to state that, whenever a representation is made to the statutory authorities, it is the duty of the authorities to dispose of the same within a limited period and non-consideration of the representation would amount to dereliction of duty. 4. In view of the same, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2026 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
