CMP-T No. 441/2026 in CWPOA No. 5228/2019 CMP-T No. 442/2026 in CWPOA No. 5514/2019 Since Court has called for a Supplementary Affidavit, therefore, hearing of the cases may take some time. Resultantly, the applications for early hearing are dismissed. CWPOA No. 5228 of 2019 a/w CWPOA No. 5514 of 2019 and CWPOA Nos. 736, and 755 of 2020 Heard for some time. For enabling an effective adjudication of the matter, State-Authorities shall file a Supplementary Affidavit to the following effects:- (i) Decision taken by State Government on 01.10.2009 of re-designating Panchayat Sahayaks as Panchayat Secretary/ Secretaries, be placed on record; (ii) Affidavit shall clarify as to whether the petitioners, who claim to be Panchayat Sahayaks, were ever re-designated as Panchayat Secretary/Secretaries as per Government decision dated 01.10.2009; (iii) Regularization policies relating to contractual appointees providing for regularization after eight years and six years be placed on record; (iv) Affidavit should clarify, with respect to each petitioner, the date when he/she was initially engaged as Panchayat Sahayak by a Gram Panchayat and was granted whole time contract status and the date of issuance of regularization and joining, in a Tabular Form; (v) Cabinet Memorandum dated 08.08.2012 and its approval be placed on record by way of Affidavit.
