Also heard Mr. P. S. Lahkar, learned Additional PP for the State. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for granting regular bail to the accused who has Page No.# 2/2 been in custody since 26.02.2026 in connection with Chhaygaon PS Case no. 42/2026 under section 303 (2), BNS, read with Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act. 3. The learned Additional PP upon instructions submits that the investigation is already completed and it has resulted in a chargesheet vide chargesheet no. 34/2026 dated 07.03.2026. 4. In view of the completion of the investigation, the accused is hereby allowed to go on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only) with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned concerned court below, subject to the following conditions that :- (i) he shall be available for trial, if one commences; (ii) he shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence. 5.
