On the last date too, time was sought. This petition is filed in 2016 and hence the request is not justified. Nonetheless, list these petitions after Dasara Vacation, 2025, subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) payable to the Advocates Library Fund, Advocates' Association, High Court Unit, Bengaluru.'' 2. Even today, neither there is representation nor the cost has been paid. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the power purchase agreement which was entered into between the petitioners and respondent-authority, has been cancelled, owing to non-compliance of the stipulated time schedule by the petitioner, said fact has not been revealed in the petition. 4. It is further submitted that the petitioner also has alternate remedy of filing appeal before the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003. 5. Since there is no representative on behalf of the petitioner, in the interests of justice for the say of the petitioner, list this matter on 30.06.2026. 6. It is made clear that if there is no representation on the next date of hearing, appropriate orders including dismissal would be passed.'' 2.
