1. The matter is listed for orders on PUD sent by the Judge 2nd Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Bilaspur, C.G. through the Principal District Judge, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) dated 16.6.2026 requesting for extension of further more time for disposal of the case bearing Claim Case No. 651/2014 (Jay Prakash Yadav vs. Dinesh Kumar Rathore & others).
2. On 14.08.2025, while remanding the matter back to the learned Claims Tribunal, this Court had directed the concerned Tribunal to decide the case within a period of four months from 25.09.2025 but the proceeding could not complete within four months. By the
3 PUD under consideration, the concerned Court has prayed for further more time for deciding the case.
3. The request made by the learned concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, three months further more time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case.
4. The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time.
