This contempt proceeding has been instituted against the respondents/opposite parties, specially respondent/opposite party No.4 for alleged non-compliance of order dated 11.04.2003 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3250 of 2019. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to paragraph No.10 and 11 of the show cause dated 06.01.2026, which is quoted as under:- “10. That it is humbly stated and submitted that the Circle Officer, Ramgarh thereafter got the land demarcated through a Government Amin in presence of the parties concerned along with the Circle inspector cum revenue sub-inspector on 20.11.2025 and also prepared a Map of land in question along with the report under the signature of the Anchal Amin. Photocopy of the report/Map dated 06.12.2025 Prepared by the Anchal Amin is being annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-A to this show cause. 11. That it is humbly stated and submitted that on physical inspection of the land, a separate report has been prepared by 2026:JHHC:582 2 the Circle Officer, Ramgarh vide memo No. 2484 dated 08.12.2025 wherein it has been stated that the lands of khata No. 286, plot No. 210, area 3.20 Acres, Plot No. 167 Area 6.56 Acres and Plot No. 172, area 1.11 Acres is recorded as Bakast land and khata No. 292 Plot No. 165 Area 3.34 Acres is recorded as Gairmazarua khas land. That the report further specifies that in khata No. 286, plot No.210 consists of 3.20 Acres of land which is in the possession of different persons, in plot No. 167 area 6.56 Acres the houses, marriage hall and P.C.C. road has been constructed and out of which 0.75 Acres is parti land, in plot No. 172 Area 1.11 Acres houses and public toilets has been constructed and out of which 0.40 Acres is parti land and khata No. 292 plot No. 165 Area 3.34 Acres wherein there is a pond and out of which 1.50 Acres is parti land. A copy of the report dated 08.12.2025 is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-B to this show cause. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order of this Court has been substantially complied. 4. In view of the aforesaid assertions in the show cause, this Court is not inclined to further proceed in this contempt proceeding which is hereby dropped.
