ROUTRAY ORDER 19.2.2026 Order No. 01. 1. Mr. S. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. 2. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty prayed for. 3. In the event, the appeal is preferred within a period of one month from today the period of limitation shall be considered liberally and till such period or till filing of appeal, whichever is earlier, the petitioner may not be evicted from the case land. 4.
