The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, being ag- grieved by the impugned notice dated 25.01.2021 issued by the re- spondent authorities directing the petitioner to vacate Shop No.7 situ- ated at New Market, Dongargaon, District Rajnandgaon, despite her lawful possession under the Rent Agreement dated 29.03.2003. At the outset, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a reply to the show-cause notice before the Nagar Panchayat, Dongargaon, along with all relevant documents and contentions. In-turn, the Nagar Pan- chayat, Dongargaon, shall consider and decide the matter strictly in ac- cordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 3. The interim order granted by this Court shall continue to remain in force for a period of six weeks. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 5.
