No.Not Known of 2026, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that the petition enquiry is pending as against the petitioner and an FIR has not been registered. 3. In view of the same, the respondent shall conduct and conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner's appearance is required, the respondent shall issue a notice under Section 35 of BNSS, 2023 and on such notice, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent.
