It is alleged that respondents No. 4 and 5 obtained protection from this Hon’ble Court by filing a petition for protection of life and liberty, i.e., CRWP-12738-2025, by way of misrepresentation, false averments, and concealment of material facts. It is further alleged that they furnished incorrect information to the Court by stating that respondent No. 5 is unmarried, whereas he is the legally wedded husband of respondent No. 6. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy as available to him in accordance with law. 3.
