Mr. Vipan Gandotra, Advocate waives notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the respondents are in the process of constructing the concrete retention wall/breast wall of any suitable structure from LHS KM 14/700 onwards at Barrian, Udhampur National Highway-44, in terms of order dated 17.04.2026 and complying with the judgment, passed by the Writ Court, non-compliance of which has been reported to this Court by the petitioner. He further submits that the construction would be completed within a period of three months from today. 3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in the event order dated 17.04.2026 is not complied with by the respondents within the aforementioned period.
