JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ petition has been filed impugning the order dated 11.05.2026 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Hereinafter referred to as 'the National Commission') New Delhi, on Interlocutory Application No.NC/IA/5077/2026 filed in Revision Petition No.NC/RP/1850/2024, whereby the petitioner has been directed to disclose the names of all the allottees of 1401 sites in question as the petitioner/Society has taken a plea that there is no vacant site available for allotment to the respondent. 2. To test this stand of the petitioner/Society, the Commission has directed the petitioner/Society to disclose the list of all the member-wise allotment of 1401 sites in question within a period of four weeks. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32390-DB WP No. 18218 of 2026 3. Sri. S.S. Naganand, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner/Society has been allotting the sites since 2005 onwards and it would be difficult for the Society to produce the records. 4. The petitioner/Society has been constituted by its Members. The Society must have the list of all its Members to whom the sites have been allotted. We therefore, find no merit in this submission. 5. We are of the considered view, that the impugned order dated 11.05.2026 passed by the National Commission is not prejudicial to the respondent/Society and the National Commission can seek any information, which is relevant for the purpose of adjudicating the case.
