JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present writ petition has been filed impugning the order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Hereinafter referred to as 'the National Commission') New Delhi, in Revision Petition No.1850/2024, whereby the objections of the petitioner regarding maintainability of revision petition has been rejected. 2. From the provisions of Section 58 read with Section 51 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (for brevity 'the Act') it is evident that against the order passed by the State Commission in Appeal, the remedy available to an aggrieved person is to file a revision petition before the National Commission. 3. We are therefore, of the considered view that by rejecting the objections to the maintainability of the revision petition, the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32388-DB WP No. 18036 of 2026 National Commission has correctly interpreted the provision of Act. 4. We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order dated 04.11.2025 passed in Revision Petition No.1850/2024. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 5. However, we request the National Commission to decide the said Revision Petition expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months.
