The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the IPC and offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 25.11.2025. He further submits that the name of the petitioner transpired mainly on the basis of confessional statement of the main accused, namely, Rahul Kumar, who has been granted bail vide order dated 02.07.2024 in B.A. No.4662/2024 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. He lastly submits that the other co-accused namely, Ritesh Mandal has also been granted bail having similar nature of case. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the fact that the main accused as well as other co-accused have been granted bail, the Petitioners are enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties Neutral Citation No. (2026:JHHC:7021) 2 of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Dumka in connection with Dumka (T) P.S. Case No.307/2023. 6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
