JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER The petitioner and the respondent along with their respective counsels are present. 2. The respective parties have filed the joint memo. In terms of the joint memo, the petitioner has agreed to pay sum of Rs.3,30,000/- as full and final settlement to respondent. The petitioner also paid an amount of Rs.2,60,000/- by of demand draft bearing No.665779 to the respondent before the Court and the same is acknowledged by the respondent. It is stated that the remaining amount of Rs.70,000/- is already deposited - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32731 CRL.RP No. 982 of 2025 before the Trial Court. The petitioner has no objection to release the amount which is in deposit before the Trial Court in favour of the respondent on proper identification. 3. In view of settlement arrived between the parties, joint memo is accepted. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 4 Petitioner is directed to pay the fine amount of Rs.5,000/- before the trial Court as imposed by the said Court within two weeks from today and directed to produce the receipt for having paid the fine amount in registry.
