By means of this Application, the Petitioners seek the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, humbly, prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the Writ Petition, issue notice to the opposite parties, call for the L.C.R. and after hearing the counsel for the parties, direct the Opposite Party No.3 to register the document i.e. Sale Deed when it is presented before him;” 3. Learned AGA, Mr. Jee, has no serious objection to the prayer of the Petitioners, if a direction is given to the Sub- Registrar to act in accordance with law by registering the Sale Deed and/or to assign reason in writing for its non-registration within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order. It is pertinent to mention that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed directions in the similar circumstances but the authority seems remain oblivious to such direction. p. 2 4.
