The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: “10.1 Quash and set aside the impugned memo dated 18.08.2025 issued by the respondent Additional Collector, Raipur, whereby the petitioners’ joint property has been directed to be attached and sold (Annexure P/1); 10.2 Direct the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession, use, and enjoyment of the petitioners’ joint property bearing No. 685/4, admeasuring 558.15 sq.meters, situated at Bhatagaon, Ward Nko. 61, Raipur, without following 3 due process of law; 10.3 Pass any other order(s), direction(s), or relief(s) that this Hon’ble Court may deem fit, just, and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 3.
