The respondents have not considered the representation dated 23.09.2019. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Heard Sri V.Srinivasa Raghavan, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and also learned Government Advocate for respondent No.1. 3. Learned Government Advocate submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.1 will consider the representation of the petitioners vide Annexure-P and also the proposals of respondent No.4 dated 03.01.2022 and 30.06.2022 as per Annexures U and V. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is allowed in part. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29248 WP No. 3945 of 2020 5. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representation dated 23.09.2019 and also the proposals of respondent No.4 dated 03.01.2022 and 30.06.2022 vide Annexures U and V. 6. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioners to make additional representation. If such an additional representation is made, respondent No.1 is directed to consider the representations and additional representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with the law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. 7.
